    I agree with BORTAC wearing fatigues in their usual role. What I don't get is how Uncle Sugar can piss away a ton of money on multiple uniform changes over the last 20 years for the Military but can't buy "basic blue" fatigues for the small BORTAC team while working in Portland. The USCG has blue fatigues.
